I've been looking around the internet for some strong charcoal figure drawing demos. I found a bunch of good tutorials (like Henry Yan's book. Wow), but most videos are not very good. I just got into charcoal, and I gotta say.. Its freaking awesome. i love it. Once you pass the the level of complete suckery and smudgy poop, its fun. I love how flexible it is and how forgiving it can be too. Anyway..
Any help would be great. Thanks!

charcoal is one medium where i feel the carving of an image out of a blank page is a real tangible process. one thing that really helped me: use an eraser not to delete information, but as another layer of drawing.
