Work i did for a mystery show is on the bottom of a friend named Chris.
The first is a close up of a recent painting.
I would love feedback or suggestions on my work and or advice on technique or possible any ideas on artist to look at or research.

Really great stuff here
Nice! I really like the second painting you posted, of the girl. Looking forward to seeing more.
Please drop by my sketchbook and help me improve!
Great traditional work. Always nice to see.
You've started out great! The bodys and face painting seems effortless. I like them very much.
The pins and paper study is also nice. It's an eye catcher.
Keep up the good work!

Hey! You have some really neat work, I particularly like the painting you did for the mystery show. Very impressive.
After visiting your website, I see you are a fellow Chicagoan! Nice to meet you.
Youíve done another beautiful piece here! In 4.5 hours, man thatís really good! Nice light and skin tone.
Itís just one thing I was wondering about and itís the chin and jaw line. Maybe itís the sketch lines still showing and making the structure a little strange.
But you know, you are so much better than me. And this is just a little constructive critique. Iím already a fan of your work!
Beautiful! I love it!
Youíve got the proportions perfectly right. The skin tones are great and it feels so real.
I enjoyed the challenge of trying to capture a likeness and create some sort of color harmony throughout the face
WOW< that last painting is fantastic

Nice works here - the painting of the woman in purple - I like ! (and the one the VK posted above..)
the alla prima 4.5 hour - is that mixed oils and painter/ps ? Either way - good stuff!
the blog will not leave me be: http://www.kevinwuesteart.blogspot.com
The 4.5 hour one was done with oil paints and a little bit of medium on mdf board, it was primed with white acrylic gesso. Also the one KV posted was done in the same medium and in about 2.5 hours. It's a much smaller piece.
