uhg it's been some days but I was mostly doing pencil studies so the pic quality would suck anways...
so have these messy digital stuff I did the last three days.
I think I'm getting a better feel for 'normal' female faces, compared to the stuff I did before.
Still...so much to learn.... /off practicing
Faces I did without ref:
one desk stillife and a study

whoops, it's been a while.
I mostly did boring studies so nothing interesting to upload.
But for the sake of updating...
some stuff I did today (beside the random monster).
Hey dude, nice stuff. When you draw with reference you seem to be getting proportion pretty well. Make sure to study a lot of artists, these teach you a lot about how to represent something that you see in a compelling way.
it's been a long time but now I'm back!
the last month were quite busy and stressful with stuff that wasn't art.
now I've got quite some time on my hands and I'll use every little second!
so have these two faces:
used a tutorial (c) algenpfleger
and then I did another portrait without references this time
some reffffeedd clouds:
oh and a little environment without ref, man I need to do a lot more...
@xiphid: thank you man! I'll def follow your advice!
@yogman: UPLOAD MORE ART MAN
@FalconessN: no, that's totally fine c: !! He likes you too!
(⌐■_■) no you are niiiice.
derpy stuff I did today:
I'm focusing on traditional stuff lately and I don't have any photo camera beside my webcam...
so most of the time I was too lazy... but today I'm here to provide you with extreme HQ photos and some digital stuff.
some of my studies:
nude drawing classes:
watched a 'Hero'-fight scene
effed up stilllife
a castlevania-ish character design/ weird idea/ unfinished portrait
I'm super talented at accidently deleting stuff without saving....
anyways. some of my quality sketch-photos, some portraits and a two characterdesigns:
god, I got so angry with my flat portrait that I tried something different.
armor/knight studies, bottom knight is done from imagination
still doing metal studies:
copied some stuff from daarken:
aand in order to apply the stuff I learned, I decided to pick up my random knight design two posts ago.
small design I wanna do next:
whoopsie, soldier stuff!
two arkward character design attempts....
I've met some incredible nice artist people and I somehow feel obliged to make a small update post,
nothing fancy tho. Hope to change that soon c:
Stuff I did the last month:
game character design
and even more characters
thanks to the 'art hard' group.
Next post will contain current pictures!

I'll never manage to update regularly lol!
anyways, have this, everything w/o ref.... obviously.
I still struggle a lot with faces and rendering - need to work more!
Here you can witness an excellent example of 'how to draw a somethingsomething-animal without ref'
and something manly
I like you man o_o im your fan now. When i scrolled trough your stuff i just saw 2012 and hoped there will be some new stuff from 2013. Want to see more from you, cause your style is for some reason one of my favorites. Beatiful faces, nice body expression...

@ yuniken: man... thank you so much! I try to update more!
Unfortunately Redbull Battlegrounds kept me from drawing this weekend... frigging Starcraft tournaments are just way too exciting LOL
It doesn't help that I struggle a lot with actual rendering... I need to focus a lot |:
so have another WIP of the BARBARIAN.
I see a lot of potential here. Keep it up!

hey man, some nice stuff here from imagination,it would be great if you focused also on fundamentals
studies like still life value studies and perspective construction.
then you can apply it to you imagination work and flush those ideas better.
poetry man: thanks man! I WILL KEEP IT UP ᕙ༼ຈل͜ຈ༽ᕗ
gray persona: yea you're right, thanks for telling me. I need to do more studies .... will do!
flaskpost: thank you! it's nice to see you around here too (:
I had to work quite a lot these past days... so have one of today's wip (tomorrow I'll tackle some studies and this again!)
did some pencil stuff today aaand some value characters - have at least these:
used a ref for female face:
and a warlock
Your sketchbook is very lovely :3 and so are your sketches
The style and proportions of your people is awesome!
I want to see more completed works though. I don't see many.
I have the same problem...finishing things is difficult for me XD
Oh and I hope to see more consistent updates as you have been lately~
I enjoy it
