Hah I guess I'll keep dumping this stuff in until I get some crits or anything that could help. BTW, if anyone knows of a great speed paint/sketch site... I'd be most appreciative. I know there was some korean one or something that'd load a pose every 20 seconds or something like that.
Weeee I'll update again... sooner or later >.>

Long time no see... Quitting WoW for now lol it consumes my life and art... it's terrible Getting some new stuff out. Sketch a day is what I'm going for.
Dannelf: Thanks! I'm trying to get everything going again.
[ste]: Appreciated Trying to work on some more paintery stuff O_O
Just messing around, made something random! Really dark though >.>
Enviro messing... Looked fun?
Weird dog thing with effed up feet...
Tonight's random sketch... lava... and fire chicks
I see Warcraft inspired stuff, correct? Right on.
I also like your original works as well. I'm enjoying your landscapes, how do you start off with your ideas?
Enydimon: I'm actually working to break away from all the Warcraft stuff haha, but I really don't know. I normally think of a base idea... like really fuggin base. "ROBOTS, LAVA, ICE, NEKKID CHICK" somewhere along those lines. I'll usually throw a few ideas around in my head on my way home from work trying to think of what I could possibly do... and not get pulled over while running myself off the road. DAY DREAMING FTW?
Haha, I usually get inspiration off of WoW and other things, but it's always good to break away and try to think up things on your own. I'm trying to borrow ideas instead of use them myself.
I guess I'll just go with the flow on the environments. Try what you do.
Hmmm, as for the current sketch, I like the concept going so far but I think it would be cool if you actually did it from the point of view of the man. Like have the close of up of the man's back and then have the perspective looking upward toward the monster so he looks intimidating.
Edit: Oh, earlier you wanted to find a site that showed anatomy poses and changed every 30 seconds or so? Try http://www.posemaniacs.com/

It's good that you're working on all kinds of studies.
Definitely use posemaniacs.com, I've tried it yesterday on 30sec poses
and it's a good stress that forces you to get right down to the gist of an attitude.
It will help you make your characters more natural.
Some of your faces are going a really good way. Keep at it!
Actually Enydimon posted the link first
On the picture on post #10 you may want blueish reflections on the rock.
As it stands, the water and the cave seem unconnected.
looking good, you line work and drawing looks really good, for the painting stuff and environments I recommend doing as many paintings with reference as possible, just to get the feel and color palette down.
"If you ever give your best... well give it better"-Maniac...
some good stuff here, keep it up
Nice paintings,in the last one i really dont know how the reference picture looked but i would advise starting out with a neutral background, white is way too brilliant and maybe cause confusion with your color scheme.
Keep atention to her face and hands they seem off, check for porportions of the girls face and try drawing it with your "eyes"(hope you understood it) and look for more deep colors for her skin i assume but has i said before i have no idea of how the picture is.
AMG! I really appreciate all the tips!
I came back from Dallas this weekend attending the convention and it was pretty inspiring. This pic was actually based off of a quick sketch watching another one of the instructors.
It's supposed to be like a portal behind that guy further in the background.
Again, I really appreciate the comments and crits!

you man, diggin the sb. was nice
meeting you!! and yes, what Brun said. ;]
also in your illustrations, remember that if you
design it right, you won't even have to explain
what is being depicted to the viewer. it will
show through the illustration itself. ;]
draw draw draw!!! not time for laziness! :]
@Brun: Thanks a ton Yeah I'm planning to start attending a nude model class every weekend... hopefully I can get some stuphhh to post up here! Not only that I'm going to really start working on anatomy and structure design pretty soon. I appreciate the boost of confidence as I've been feeling that I lack a lot of creativity in comparison to some of these other insane artists. You and some of the other artists blow my mind here
@Gamer: You're friggin right man Laziness is almost squashed at this time from Dallas... it's just nuts O_O I still explain to all the guys at work how inspiring all the instructors were. And something really clicked while I was out there... I'll keep pushing for the progress man! Thanks for the kind words.
Its a really good idea to start attending nude model classes every weekend, I have been dowing them myself for the first time sinds ages since the past 2 months and allready I have learned tons of new stuff.
Its allways good to question yourself as an artist and sometimes to compare yourself with others to keep things in perspective, however don't overdo it cause it might bring u down and not everybody has the will to pull himself out of such a situation.
as far as your feeling about the lack of your creativity goes its something every artist feels from time to time. Even the best.
Everynight when I go to sleep I feel like shit because of all the amazing talent I see around me, the things other people come up with and I allways say to myself SHIT why didn't I come up with that.
However, don't let these things get u down, its a good idea to look back at your sketches a year from now and u will probebly be amased by how much u have improved over the past year. its a real good way to keep things balanced and in perspective. Ofcourse u will have to work for it, and I can't stress enough how hard u will have to keep trying.
This is often where the artists sets himself appart from all the others by holding on and keep on going.
Rock on'n'never give up
(ps sry for the poor english)
