Iím a 20 year old guy from Norway who is hoping to get accepted into an art school (KHIB) here in Norway this fall. In the spirit of this Iím starting up a sketchbook in the forums that have been an inspiration for many years. As I have to build up a portfolio before applying, Iím looking for critique on what I could be doing betterÖ And as these pages hopefully get filled with artsy stuff Iíd also love some help with choosing my strongest pieces for the application.
Starting off with a sci-fi soldier concept, a couple of sketches from my watercolor sketchbook and an acrylic self-portrait. Will dig into my small body of work and post some more pretty soon. Please comment and crit away, and donít be afraid to be harsh

Okay, dug up some more
A character for a graphic novel I'm never going to finish.
Also did a couple of quick sketches, first one of what i saw to my immediate right, and the other one is the sketch for a piece I'm hoping to develop further.
the Citadel Trooper is looking solid! hands might be a little small, though
keep at it!
And well, here's me... keeping at it
1 min figure studies (not my strong side) and a couple more refined sketches
Started a new acrylic painting some days ago. Still a WIP but I've come to a point where I think it reads fairly well, and would love som input on what I should do next. Also, I'm including a fantasy landscape done in PS and random gun design (done to test out some new brushes I made).
Haven't really been able to draw much these last days, but here's what I got Speed portraits and revised an ancient sci-fi concept...
