I bought a few videos off of the Art Department a couple of weeks ago. I was charged from my credit card and received an hour of access to my videos and was able to download half of Jason Manley's composition and part of Brad Rigney's stuff. I exited the browser and tried accessing the downloads again and I simply could not, as the link had expired.
I have contacted support over two weeks ago (a day after I couldn't access my purchases), made threads in the support section, have messaged the suggested users on the support forum (firstname.lastname@example.org, among others) and have received absolutely zero response.
So, I thought I'd make a public thread to maybe get some ideas on what to do or maybe catch someone's eye who can help. I have credit card information and such to verify my purchase and will provide to anyone I can trust (moderators, support from TAD/MB). I really want to access these videos that I paid for, thanks for any help!
Alright seriously, it's been over a month. No contact. Does TheArtDepartment even have support for their videos anymore? Because glancing at the support forum, I don't think they do. So I've tried messaging about 10 different e-mails, most of which I've tried twice over a long period of time.
What's the next step for me to try?! I'm running out of options here! Someone help me contact support .
Well the page for downloads has the same advertisement for the live chat option as the rest of TAD. Seems to be worth a shot to at least get your problem some attention. Best of luck getting this resolved =/
