@Tyler Thanks bro.
@Hayden Zammit Thanks!
@DennisH-Art Haha, Thanks for stopping by!
@Shamandalie Thank you! I appreciate the viewing :]
@Eyecager I appreciate the kind words , Great suggestion with the breakdown light technique. I'll look into it!
Here are the first WIP's to my up coming Giygas Illustration
Regular studies will be up tonight!
Your studies are looking good, especially I enjoyed the ones form life. There really is no substitute for studying directly form life and nature if you really want to further your artistic abilities. I try to do at least one study directly from life a day. Try focosing on the way light affects forms. Then you can mix in the picture refrence stuff and imaganative, and it will only improve the later. Keep going!
@Vertical Thank you, and yeah you deserve it.
@Brentos8 I completely agree, I just like to mix up my daily drawings, but yeah I'll be sure to do some more still lifes
@Lumens Thanks man, will do. I've been trying to break down those three things for awhile now, I suppose some life drawings would help a lot :]
@AlexTooth Of course! Thanks!!
Great werk up in here like: Audrey and the purty pin girlie up above (and all in #15), all the hotties and scene caps in yer first post, and of course it's always awesome to see someone working it out with all the gestures, figure studies and still lifes etc.
Welcome to CA and keep 'em coming!
Awesome work in here. I really appreciate your pin-up studies. Truly, a lost American art form.
And let me also say that your output fantastic. Four still-lifes and three bust studies between January 21st and now? I'm lucky if I can produce that much in a month.
Amazing work. Your studies are very well done and as Fez mentioned your out put is incredible. It is also good how you divide yourself between still life and figure studies, you have variety as well as output (very impressive). Also nice to see someone study the old American pin-ups.
@Teundeboer Hey man I appreciate that. Respect you bro.
@Lumens Thanks, but I'm not the only one trying so hard ha.
@Malakuko Yeah, I'm a bit stuck on that one. I feel almost not ready to take a dive at that yet. I really just don't want to mess it up, but I shouldn't let that stop me. I'll update that soon man. Just needed some time to studies.
This isn't the final poster I'm going with, it's down to this one and another, I'm just rendering both more until I decide which I prefer.
The other one I'll have up by tomorrow.
Been really busy lately, here is the other composition I've gone with for the bloodsport.
Background, with character silhouette, and with title.
Plus the Super Bowl got me drawing my man Hulk, study from the trailer of course.

cool stuff! Have you tried breaking the head down into planes much? I found that to be useful..something i should do.. a lot more! I really liked your texture studies with the food! The imagination apple i felt like could of used a more dynamic pose unless thats what you were going for! keep it up!
