Lmao! Admit it,you'd like to see her wrestle some other girl in an apartment while you "referee" them.
I've heard quite a lot of people recommending doing traditionally first, and then going for digital, which is kind of logical to me, as you'd first need to learn how to draw before you learn how to paint. Just commenting, don't take my advice for serious one at all, since I'm still a beginner.
Anyway, I like your Peck studies! Been doing them too for some time, really a great book.
I have the same opinion, hence why 90% of my stuff is traditional and I plan on incorporating painting in the following days. Thanks for dropping by!
Portrait done for some friends for Valentine's day:
Aslan from Narnia inked with a Pentel brush pen.
Later I scanned it,then painted it in Photoshop and Painter.I used a a poster of Aslan as reference.
More anatomy studies, figure drawing and some eyes:
Time for some anatomy updates and more eyes:
Your progress from the beginning is pretty strong. Keep an eye on the shape of the heads though...some of them seem to skew a bit.
I haven't updated this thread in over a month since I've been away at the first Comic Con made in Romania and did studies for most of the time.
Here's the latest stuff I did:
I won Best True Hero at Comic Con with this crappy drawing.I didn't have enough time to prepare before and I have't studied perspective in my life,so this was the best I could do on the spot.
Anatomy, figure drawing, copies from different comic book artists and stuff from imagination:

As usual, some of the drawings that look cool are copies from different comic book artists.I'm trying to learn from them.
I also gotta step up with the stuff from imagination, even though it's a pain in the ass.
Damn! It's been over three months since I last posted here so here's a massive update.
