Disappeared again, finished school and now freelancing, but expect a HUGE update. Thanks for the comments Nelchee and Jellyswirl!
@Nelchee: Yeah, I have to agree with you about the earlier images since I was trying to figure out how to load them here. XD
Been really busy but I still want to keep you guys for an update, finished school and now freelancing, did some books and gotten a brand new computer! But, I still want to keep my skills up, so I'll probably going to try to update this monthly or every two weeks know how busy I get. Anyways, I'm currently working on the monster girl challenge (on day 24) but I did some concept sketches for the Plant Girl. I'm trying to finish this challenge by the end of this month and I'm almost there.

New cuteness since I last dropped in - I adore post 24 - so frilly ^_^. I've never been good at girly stuff.
Your latest post is great too - I love the jello-looking girl.
@Rhubix: Thanks XD, I really like to do cute designs and use colorful palettes, plus the monster girl challenge is allowing me to experiment with styles.
More stuff from blog (currently taking a semi-hiatus to work on projects). Some sketches for a game project that a friend and I are working on. We're about half-way done with the concept designs, but we're going to get in gear with the environmental works, so later you'll see some composition roughs.
Im loving your style. full of life!
I like to see your shapes and silhouettes exercices. It's pretty interesting to see how much you are creative! Also I really like your render finish: really soft and clean You have and interesting style and I hope to see more and more of it Keep going!!
My First Sketchbook
For cartooning hand studies I like to google Milt Khal - I'm pretty sure he was a sorcerer and people love to compile his work, particularly his beautiful hand work.
Meanwhile - I like the chubby creature ideas in 39. The run cycles would be hilarious! - it makes me think of the Grinch and the poor little dog he makes pull him around.
Fune shapes, fun characters, fun, fun! Good stuff in here. Your construction of the characters is great. Your character are missing something though. Maybe more patterns on the clothes or accessories.

@Talonhardin and Renart: Thank you very much! I'm currently some more shape exercise/thumbnails in my sketchbook, I'll try to post them sometime!
@ Rhubix: Funny that you mention Milt Khal, I think that one set of the hands I drew were from his work. After seeing your comment, I went to google more on Milt's stuff and its on my reference file. Thanks! As for the design in 39, I have to agree especially with the squash and stretch. XD
@Colour Coded: Thank you. I might have to disagree a little. I'm trying to keep a bit simple (if someone is planning on modeling or animating them). But, I'll think about accessories, I don't want overdo it them XD.
@iven: Thank you!
I was planning on update a week early but some personal problems happen. Here's some monster girl challenge stuff! More experimenting!
The bottom one, I'm trying to go for a graphic vector design (like a t-shirt or something, to add more into my portfolio) if anyone has some suggestions, that would be great! I did this for the challenge, but afterwords I want to push even further that I might submit to Redbubble or Threadless. I might go back doing more thumbs. (yay more to fill into my sketchbook! Recently I just filled two of them and now got a brand new one! ).

Logo design thumbnails. During a Skype chat, I've talked to one of my favorite artists and she suggested that I should start creating a logo and pick an item that you mostly draw a lot. I like scarves and I usually would draw them a lot, next to turtlenecks. So. these are thumbs (and I apologize if the image is too big).
More abstract composition thumbs.
Edit: for some reason, the last two pictures I posted became links... But you can still see the image when you click them (I guess they're too big? )
