loving the art, not so much the bouncy electronica - need less repetition and fart bass in my music.
@AustenFM: Creepy... ._. For some other examples of unique british filmmaking i recommend the works of Nicolas Roeg, if you aren't already familiar with him.
@Iddi: Thanks, I have to say the same about your ink work
@LtPlissken: It is, isn't it? Here's some underappreciated Halloween listening http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T1hAzO9Rd_o , perhaps my fav Carpenter track and also my favorite Halloween film, I don't care what anyone else says ._.
@cout<mecha: Thanks That little loop was made in Flash.
@heartcore: Thanks again and that's too bad, repetition is what keeps me going
Been kinda busy with real life stuff ( ), but here's a little update. Some rough character sketches and that sea serpent from last page i ended up working on like 15 more minutes.

It' s been a a while since i've watched this forum, your sketchbook is first - i like it very much. Awesome colors, brushwork.. You use Painter pretty often..? Cheers!
Top work, dude.
Really like the quirky characters.
Totally diggin' the 'contamination' piece.
Halloween track, supa cool,
and your latest pieces are just outstanding.
As we talk about Halloween, October 31st is here
in eight days or so. We should make a painting for that occasion.

@Satupeikko: haha thank you, i will!
@xbert: thanks man! yeah, animation's cool and all but it's just sooo time consuming
@HunterKiller_: thanks, I'm glad you like it. all I see now is mistakes and things i could've done better, but that's how it goes i guess
@LtPlissken: Thanks man, I'm a little late for this halloween, but let's do it! we have 11 month deadline, lol
@Velocity Kendall: thanks! that was like a 2 minute sketch i did after rendering a thing for hours only to end up hating it and ditching it... which i do a lot.

Masterful rendering skills! Those colours are wild
Great stuff. Your rendering is getting better and better. Hope you keep updating. Nothing to crit, since I'm a total noob, but just keep going and all your dreams will come true
yo, awesome work in here, just discovered it, crazy rendering! love the kraftwerk study too and the robot in gray, keep on sharing!
s i m o n
Well, obviously your rendering and sense of value is pretty impeccable I love the headstudies though, they have tons of character and dynamics.
One crit, do more dynamic postures I suffer from the same problem focussing on design and rendering a lot and ending up with a pretty stiff figure at times. Keep it up and like Mateja said, catch some rays once in a while
WOOOOOOOOOOOAH dude, so good!
http://attachments.conceptart.org/fo...9&d=1322695207 love this one
thanks guys for all the comments!
@Mark Tarrisse: woooo thanks Mark!
@Mikko Voipio: hahaha, tack så mycket! don't get discouraged, just keep at it and paint from life, a lot!
@ismo: thanks! yeah, mostly just quick 15min paintings of things on my desk
@PieMonster: thx ^^
@GEB: thanks mate, i appreciate it!
@DanijelC: thanks for your support!

@bouroune: I'm glad you like the Kraftwerk study! check this out http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C7Z9kNVTXS0
@NickyBeats: I'll keep at it, and you better too!
@mehran: Thanks mehran!
@Pixeltuner: thanks for the crit man! yeah, i'll leave the rendering aside for a while and concentrate on drawing. and maybe go out when there's some snow.
@Pkmike: thanks and late congrats on your goldenboy award! well deserved!
This started as a King of New York study but I accidentally rotated it 90 degrees and well you can see the end result below, haha
