>"Terrible, too big, disproportional"
If you can see what's wrong it can't hurt to fix it. Also, your latest digital doesn't have hands, some of your sketches don't have them/just have them blocked out; you should push yourself to draw hands on to things, I think.
thanks for the replies, will make some attempts at drawing small/proportionate hands tomorrow, and will download some bridgman while I draw :3
Gonna do some hand studies in a bit, but for now my first real attempt at anime/manga EVARRR
Heyhey! Good start in here! Just work through some perspective and basic shapes, that's almost everything you need for the start! Helped me getting better a LOT in just three (hard learning) days I just used Andrew Loomis Book "Successful Drawing". If your understanding of perspective is good, you can easily build everything with it combined with proportions! Keep it up!
I've been inactive a few months, but i'm back (again).
Started University at Leeds met in September studying games design so I'm back with some off stuff from my drawing and composition module, among other stuff.
Some perspective studies in first few weeks:
1 point perspective corridor:
2 point internal:
2 point external:
3 point external:
2 point concept design for a 50s gas station I will later model:
Aaaand a couple of WIPs (which will actually get finished as they're due in before xmas!)
My gas station worker which will later get modeled:
A concept art to fit a brief set by uni:
More to come when I can get to a scanner!

Few more things from recently...
Random figures from campus
The basis for the tattoo I plan to get on my forearm, designed myself. Probably gonna take it to a good tattooist and tell them to do whatever they want with it which they think will look good colorwise etc.
Furthermore, can anyone tell me why my SB thumbnail is 'broken'? Cheers
Added a little more contrast on my character WIP (I know he looks gaunt in places)
nice sb you got here! your pencils look pretty good but your digital work is a little behind. of course my answer to everything, do some studies! keep practicing and posting!
I think once I nail anatomy in basic terms i'll be able to form my own characters/concepts etc much more easily, and that will push me to paint more as i'll enjoy it. A matter of time! More to come
