Monsters and Hot Chicks. Not Necessarily in that Order.
Watch me get my groove back. Shake it, mama. Shake it.
WOW! The quality, and quantity of work in this thread is unbelievable! You are all extremely talented individuals, and I look forward to userping your knowledge to further my own skills! Unfortunately I only have one pathetic sketch to provide, as I have only just purchased a new laptop with Alias Sketchbook Pro on it. But there will be more soon....I promise!
To view my sketches please click the link to my Blog Space, as it appears I cannot post directly into this thread!
Just to let you guys know, I have a new sketch I've uploaded onto my Blog. It's called the Boggleott, but it's no-where near finished yet! Just a rough sketch that's even more roughly coloured in to give me an idea on how it will look when finished. Have a look at it for me and please, please give me some feedback - good or bad.
or go here,
First of all i hope, i post to he right Thread! I did dthis a few weeks ago, when i took a look on it today, many mistakes got obvious: The Head and legs are not proper, the hand holding the wooden something is too big and so on...but nevertheless I put in here to get some feedback. Thanks for your comments!

This is my first post on this forum. There's some really good stuff here so I thought I would try my hand.
A seahorse. I think I may redo the back round and add in some more creatures.
A bit generic, but what the hell.

I'm still learning. Hey. -.-

DocPencil: you're absolutely right about this thread needing more activity,
I scrolled only a few pages back and found myself transported to the year 2006
hey, I think your first guy there is in active need of some clearasil
Hello there people,
- and tell him what's wrong with him... apart from the bird flu
you may want to take a look at the anatomy of i. e., bats' wings,
you are dealing with a phantastic creature, but its anatomy needs to be convincing, no matter what style you aim for, photorealism or 'comiccy'
the detail you spent on the body may need to extend to the wings, think about motion blur later, esp since working on the computer
I call this hell croaker, I know not done very well in terms of rendering..
I made this for a character competition & heres a concept I had written according to that contest...yeah kinda lame :|

Eddie that is.
I am new here and have those abstract creatures for my menaic shoot em up.
they are pixelart
yeah, we need to get back on track here.
one to get this going again. post your creatures.
Think this is the only creature I've got, i'll look for more when I get home.
Started this with no real intent on doing a complete creature, only the head, then it grew. (Thus the missing right paw/claw)
