This is my first posting on the site. The pic below is a WIP of a close up of Noctis from Final Fantasy XIII Versus. I a little concerned with the foreshortening of his right arm. Currently Im running through different variations to see what fits best. The entire piece is much larger but for the moment I am working this portion of the piece. I would love any/all feedback willing to be shared!

Welcome! You have a nice rough going. I like the softness of the face and the overall movement in the piece.
I'm not familiar with the character, so I don't know how buff he is. I just went with the size of the shapes you laid down. Sizing is about right, just make sure you add that elbow. His chin is a little off from lining up with his features, and some of them are drifting. Flip it horizontal to see what I mean. Also, I realize you're going for stylization, but his head/hair is still a bit enormous. Even if you keep the volume in the hair, keep in mind that we wouldn't see his part like that unless he had a huuuge scalp.
I know it's supposed to be anime stylized but even so, I think his head and neck look a bit slight for his over-all build. But the piece is wonderfully dynamic and the spiraling text up there was a really good touch. The face is nicely rendered too but yeah, it seems small.
Or maybe, I know you're trying a perspective thing with the hand nd I think the forearm may be just a bit too large and sticky out. I googled the character and I see he's not that buff so maybe you could define the shoulder to elbow part out a bit more because as it fades to the bg it makes his arms look really meaty. Hope I could have helped.
