Hi my names Isaac, I studied Product Design and always wanted to get into Concept design! I started this a while back, since then i've worked on a few published games, anyways hopefully you can see my progress from my early stuff! I appreciate any critique/feedback, ps. theres newer stuff on last page, cheers!

Edit: moved work from 1st post to this so I can change thumbnails quicker,
Forgot to add these too , it's work I did for a film pitch that didn't get green lit (the last 3 images), I learnt good matte painting techniques along the way so all wasn't lost! it's not so much sketches but open to critique none the less!

Some environment thumbnails!
A face sketch session done in biro, need to really drill these I think!
Hey man, you've got some nice stuff in here. Your work has a very clean presentation style to it, which is always great. Keep working on those figures man, and I guarantee you'll see an improvement in every other area of your artwork as well!
Thanks Jasper! good call on the figure practice, definately need to do some studies and hit up some life drawing classes! nice observation about the presentation look aswell, its made me realise how much I like making things look new! To vary it a bit, I'm going to start adding rust, dirt and scratches to some of my concepts to give more of a story to them,
So heres an concept trying to use dirt and rust texture details as mentioned in the previous post, crits welcome! ps you dont mess with the Grugs!
Going to treat this more of a sketch book and start posting sketches! I'm pretty new to characters so I think i'm in the best place to learn,i.e. from you guys!
Eyes, lips and noses

here's some 30min photo studies from google earth, focusing on colour and composition so letting perspective take a back seat. I've learnt a lot from these, definately going to do some more!
