I submitted a thread a week or two ago in the critique section but I was told it would better fit here -so here I am !
For this thread to be interesting even for those who already checked out the previous thread, I'm attaching 2 new drawings.
Critiques are much welcome.
These two drawings were made as part of a personal project. The project is to illustrate in my own way Tom Waits' Children Story which you can listen to here. This project is not over yet but I'm currently taking a break from it.
As a final word, I already noticed as I went through polishing the first picture up that brush strokes among the flowers aren't convincing at all.
And here are the previously submitted works. I have already been suggested I should work more on the shades of grey and it is being worked on.

Hello there ! My new sketchbook has not been really updated and thus commented but.. here's a new work !
This is my first complete digital colouring, I'm still awkward with it. The only traditional paint I used was to get the shading done as well as to complete a thin layer on the background. I hope you like it.
thanks to bashcorpo for the paper texture.
Really love these little people :3 Sucha nice style you got goin on here. The perspectives and grass are niceeee, keep it comin', would love to see how this illustrating project for this book goes

Ooh, the lines are really solid, and the colours are very mellowed down permitting one mood colour to blend with the solid black. Your art is also very dramatic with lighting and environment. Would like to see moar. Keep it up ^^
Hello there ! I have not been producing a lot and I'm not quite proud of what I've created these last two months but here are the two things I've had time to work on :
About this one, it's the linework of a collaboration so the drawing as it is introduced here is not the final render, it's just my part of the collab.
Comments and critiques welcome !
Hello there !
I have been quite delayed in my personal works due to various commissions so I have none to introduce here at the moment-but here's a commission I recently completed. It was ordered by a perfumery ("L'Artisan Parfumeur") and it's about the French city of Bordeaux and a perfume which name is "Amber".
I wasn't happy with it at first thought but it might be interesting to get critics about it.
Cool style...really dig post #2 and the second one from post 7. That last one is tre cool too!
You have a great style these illustations are awesome!!
New scanned !

Fantastic work, I just spent much longer than I intended to going through all your posts!
I especially like the third image down in post #18 - the sky is absolutely savage!
I think the ink wash in posts #15 and 16 is working really well for your style - the high contrast and massive detail in some images makes it hard to know where to look first - not that I stopped looking.
Nice use of narrative in your illustrations.
Completely and directly inspired by Nick Cave's Loverman song and drawing :
I don't sell this, just to let it known.
