I'm looking to major in motion design and I'm finding it impossible to decide on a school. I've toured, I've read reviews, I've viewed student and graduate work, but nothing's standing out.
Although, for a while, I was seriously considering Digipen. I began the application process with everything in order.... Except for the math.
It looked like a school I could rely on for top notch education, but nothing could save me from my notoriously horrible math skills. I've sttended numerous tutoring sessions, read the content repeatedly. I've just come to the conclusion that I've become a hopless case. I've always struggled with my work. I find myself staring down at my paper and it's as if the numbers and variables shift into something completely incomprehensible. It takes me hours just to finish one assignment. I'll be relaistic. I'm not cut out for pre-calculus. I'm wasting my money and everyone's time, including my parent's. It's gotten to the point that I can't produce a single piece of art work.
I've also considered Cal Arts or Ringling, but I'd hate to movie across the country only to become stranded.
Does anyone have any recommendations for the mathimatically challenged?
