Your English is fine yep my lines are still too scratchy I know but I will try harder.
Need to get back on track.
Last few days of drawing. Been reading Loomis a bit. Any crits would be welcome.
Thnx Sickbrush, U think I'm making any progress? I looked back and there's some small improvements I guess.
Hi Fetsch, yeah still some problems with proportions some days its good but then goes bad quickly. I have an image in my head but then to put it on paper is the biggest hurdle.

For the first time feels a lot more comfortable drawing on the wacom.
Still looks rough but happy with the feeling of it being a little more natural to use
Very late update
sorry for posting again so soon.
Don't apologize for updating, man. It's totally good that you do so.
Going through your thread, I had some serious soul searching. I thought "here's this guy, posting all of this work... most of it stuff from imagination... and he's doing it for a reason."
There's a love there.
I think I keep forgetting that. If there's no love, what's the point? Another well executed study? Are we trying to impress ourselves or each other with our fabulous studies and technical skill... or are we trying to express something?
But you get it. You're doing that ... the expression is evolving.
That's not to say you should stop studies... I think that if the love is there... the love of creating... the love that comes through the work... that you need to share that in the clearest way you know how, and studies help.
But it's like we make the studies the focus instead of the preparation.... the vitamin pills take the place of the meal.
Thanks, man. And keep posting. I think as long as you keep at what you're doing, your expressions will break through.
Five stars for keeping your head on straight and creating for a pure love of creating.
Next update will post more later
A few more drawings to show.
Again, love that you post all that imagination stuff. In fact, it's the right thing to do IMO.
To take your stuff to the next level, look at the drawings you're posting to see if you can identify areas of "concern" or weakness.
Write those down.
Next, take the pieces you think are your best or possibly things you know look weird, but you don't know why, into the Critique forum and ask for help.
Get a good list of critiques and write those down.
There's your "to do" list for study.
If you don't know how to fix those mistakes, ask someone on the board for some direction.
And keep posting the fun stuff! It really is the right way!
Almost a year of drawing done hope I keep improving.
Happy new year everyone!!
This is the last of my work from 2011. Been a busy year hope I can keep improving this year too.
