I decided to open up a thread for my finished pieces. Comments, critique and suggestions are always welcome. Digital is still kind of new to me.
I'll make a start with my recently finished and belated Halloween pic.
The eyes are a bit messed up, but I like the background landscape.
Well, I guess her left eye is intended as a wink, but instead she comes a bit blind. Maybe a bit of detail on the eyelid.
The first one to call finished with my current skill level.
It's fanart of the 90s tv show "Forever Knight". Set way before the show started, when Nick was still human and a crusader.
Comments and crit is always appreciated. Especially if someone can help me with the sand.
I would push the contrast up on his skin tone to make him stand out from the sand more. If you're looking for more improvement tips you should probably post this in the work in progress section.
Another Moonlight/Angel of Vengeance fanart. I've always wanted to draw something like this. When the book described that vampires see their true nature in the mirror instead of the human appearance, I simply couldn't resist.

The life of Nicholas B. Knight
Since this one is kind of symbolism-heavy, let me explain a few things: the cross stands for Nick's faith/belief to regain his mortality, the gun symbolises his current job and connection to the mortal world while the ropes represent his vampire nature that binds him and from which he hasn't managed to break free.
Okay, I hope this makes any sense to you, guys. I rushed it again in the end because I wanted it to be finished. I hope you enjoy it
