Hey guys! I am an 15-year-old girl who would love to become a professional conceptual artist/illustrator.
I hope to find here some good advices to help me become better in art and improve my drawing skills! I draw since I can hold a pencil in my hands x3
I will post here some of my sketches in my sketchbooks. I will try to keep it up to date...
Mix some studies of real bodies and musculature with your imaginative work and you will
begin to see a quite visible improvement.
Pay attention to form and volume and weight distribution on the legs and feet. But most
importantly, just draw. Drawing from life is something you will see repeated quite often
here, but only because it is 100% guaranteed to help you improve. Provided you have the
drive to learn.
I always draw from what I see and try to do lots of bodies studies so I can get a real improvement in anatomy (which is the thing that I had the most difficulties on). But thanks for your nice comments (i draw sketches everyday x3), its really nice to hear comments from another artists! and of course I have the drive to learn, i ALWAYS want to learn new things to improve my skills
Sorry for the quality of the pictures of some of the sketches. i happen to dont have a very performant scanner yet and I Had to take pics of my drawings D8!
(Those are my first tries at the speedpainting 8D)
