oh....now i c the problem of the arm, i wanted to foreshoretening the arm there but guessed the muscle structure do not looks that way.....thx....will rework on the muscle there.....and the missing torso as well.

I feel like the bow is a bit small and thick. It doesn't appear flexible and doesn't look very impressive, I'd make it taller. That's probably more a matter of taste though.
Oh, and the movement/position of the sword doesn't seem logical to me. He's flung backwards, as is his arm, as should his sword be.
Watch the values and contrasts - right now, the eye is drawn to the very bright space above the head of the guy in the middle, where I'm pretty sure you don't want it. The focus should be either the girl shooting or the arrow getting through. Make that clear through putting the greatest contrasts there, and avoid excessive contrast in other areas of the pic.
