So here is the character I'm working on... I feel like I'm not quite done but I don't know where to go with it next. What do you guys think?
At first it was diffcult for me to come up with something to critique here, but I have a few suggestions for ya:
Lighting: The lighting is fine, as far as the source goes, but what material is the floor, the paneling above the monitors, the gloves etc... It looks metallic, this is a great oppurtunity to show some bounce light and reflections! maybe even some vague color on the floor to show the girls reflections.
Shadows: The light source would probably create a bit more hard edged shadows, and maybe even a dual shadow (one in front of girl, one to side or slightly angled)
Saturation: the foreground focus could be a bit more saturated, the girl, the monitor etc, mergin layers, copying parts of the image, then placing on top/adjusting saturation is one way to do this, or the sponge tool/saturation layers work as well.
I really like this one, and can't wait to see it finished, hope this was helpful in some way!

IMHO I have a feeling the right leg is a bit off. Judging by the perspective its way too long and the angle of the foot suggests the knee is in an unnatural position...
