shiNIN: thanks for the crits, I am working on the porblems.
Michael: thanks for the compliments! I am glad you like the animal sketches.
Here is some more!
Silwynar: Disney style! Haha. Yes, I love a bit cartoony style and I aim to get it one day.
Thanks for the comment in my SB
Yours is really great. Especially the animals!
And very interesting how you use lines.
Trixtar: thanks a lot!
Justyna: thanks, I am glad you like the animals!
very nice sketch!
great human figure.
But i love so much #153 post.
Ocelot profile, AWESOME!
i love it *_*
Michael Grieco: thanks a lot! Finally someone can tell a lion form an ocelot!
First time I've stopped by. It's good to see your life and animal studies etc.
As others have said you have a very interesting style...ie: your "parallel hatching" (like the figures in #155). I quite like it.
Lovin yer Frazetta studies too.
Jephyr X: thanks! me lovin them too
macska: nem adom Thanks for the visit!
Tim Murphy: thanks a lot!
Your lines have incredible power.
are simple, clean, but functional and expressive.
my congratulations once again.
Nice animal sketches
I like the portraits in general, expressive and simple (I can't tell you how much I admire the ones who can draw really well with few lines and you're on your way to be one), there are some anatomical flaws here and there though, nothing that some practice can't solve
I'm looking forward to your future works
Beautiful! Your people and faces are looking really good, however your animals look a bit life-less to me. Are those from life or pictures? For example, the first elephant's legs look awkward to me, as well as it back seems to be arched. Keep practicing and you'll improve in no time!
Michael Grieco: thanks for the compliments! I am not sure I deserve it.
shiNIN: thanks! I am not fully satisfied with the portraits (to say the least), but it seems I might be going in the right direction.
LuckyCharm: thanks a lot! All the drawings here were made after pics. I'll do my best to improve!
Here is the next update:
Hey thanks for stopping by my sketchbook! Lines Lines Lines!!! Your line placement and weight is amazing!! You are progressing so much with your understanding of lines! I can see the forms and shapes clearly and the light sources! Keep up the great work and keep posting!!!
Joe777k7: thanks a lot!
Hey man! I really like your sketches! Some of them have great character! Really clean lines are awesome , but why don't you try to mess it up a bit , you know...get out of your comfort zone and go wild
rastaray: thanks for the crits. I might try that.
On related note I just realised what is missing from this thread: tits, shoft bouncing tits! So, here they are! Also a Jeff Jones study as added bonus.
More Jeff Jones studies:
