sketchbook updated October 6th
Just this weekend I stumbled upon an original Frazetta painting, at a bank of all places, near my home. His work influenced me from a young age, and it is sad to read about his passing. Thank you Frank Frazetta for the years of inspiration.
I am sad for his family, but he will never die.
The battle of the kids will start Sad news indeed..
Few of us can hope to leave this earth having influenced so many in a positive way.
His family should grieve his death but we should celebrate his life.
Supersadness. He is one of the major reasons why I got into art.
I'm just sick inside. God... last year a bunch of us artists at work were going to drive up to the museum. Eleanor died the day before and they closed the museum. Now not even a year later, Frank's gone.
Wow. Frank's gone.
He's painting angels in Valhalla now.
Rest in peace Mr. Frazetta.
Maximum respect to the one who inspired me yo paint and still do so more than anyone else. R.I.P.
Just got back from university to these news, made me quite sad. He has always been one of my main inspirations. May you rest in peace Frank.
End of a legend. Start of a legacy.
I think Frank is happy to be with his wife now. His health started degrading after his wife died. I'm sad to hear he died of a stroke. He had quite a few in the passed and this was the final one...
He will be missed...
