Just wanted to say thanks for those painting tips, since i really don't know what I'm doing its great to have someone point you in the right direction.
I can also see that your graphite sketches are better, I wonder do you draw the outline first, or do you use lines for the eyes or eyebrows fist? You might want to, to keep the eyes straight, since thats the problem I have!!!
Keep it up, your stuff is Killer Awesome, those baby flying snake whale things is going great!!!
WOOT WOOT!! Page 5 baby.
dleoblack: Thanks bro, glad you like it.
ArghosRo: Oh yeah no prob. Looking at your stuff reminded me a lot of what i was
doing back when I first got my tablet/PS. I never really found a tutorial that helped me at
all, and no one to show me the way. It's all experimentation. So anything that can help out
I try to offer.
In regards to sketching, I generally start with the eyes. Idk, my process is kinda weird. And
by kinda I mean it's never really the same lol. Thanks!
My first attempt at 3D sculpting. So cute, right? I should prolly stick to the 2D lol.
And a clown for good measure:
That 3D bust is looking pretty good, especially for a first attempt.
Hot-dang Farquad! this thread just keeps getting better and better...love the piece you did for CoW....fantastic rendering skills mate! I'll be back to check on you in a few weeks
loving post 134 its very nicely rendered! Im glad I stumbled across this sb because there is a lot of original stuff in here! I like your 3d modelling, something I really want to get into myself, but unfortunately don't have the cash for the programs :p - at some point I'll get hold of them though! (shakes fist).
I like your style of drawing, and particularly the piece of paper with someone jumping in and bursting out of it!
anyway. keep up the good work
vauvvv great idea and drawing.
Hey, sorry I haven't been responding to anyones posts lately. My
comp died and now I have to do this all from my iPhone, XD
So as you can imagine it's not the easiest thing in the world
to do. Anyways, thanks to everyone that came by and dropped
a comment! It's much appreciated.
