When you add a comment there's a bunch of icons above the text box. The ones that's a Globe and what looks like a little chain link gets you there.
Nice start. Your from imagination heads are nearing conehead status there, though.
I use MSPaint.
Yeah, these suck, but i learned a lot about muscles.
Back Muscles are f***ed up lol
Lol Look at the head
Yeah so...muscles are hard
Gah...Can anyone tell me how to change the thumbnail?
thumbnail is the first attached pic : )
keep sharing man,
and the back muscles you didnt like so much are not so bad,
And with the heads you have been doing, there seems to be a recurring problem of making the fore heads too big, and just having the eyes too low on the nose in general
keep it up man
foreheads too big you say..hmm that's not even something that came to my mind lol thank you you have been a great help
Its uhh thats chick...from that movie?
Nothing much here, needs a lot of work, been a busy day and ive gotta go out soon
Tried to do the coolest of all dinosaurs, the velociraptor. I drew from a picture but i didn't want to just copy the picture, im sick of trying to draw photos exact and not learning anything but how to copy, so i just layed down some shapes and tried to understand a little about what i was drawing, turned out being way off from the pic and pretty bad in general but i think i learned more about how to construct it then if i spend 3 hours trying to just copy it from the photo.
This was my first time trying to draw any lizard type creatures and i ran into a big problem that i knew i would have to face one day...The scales. man there so hard. Anyone got any advice on doing scales so they look good but can be done pretty quickly?
This took around 20 mins.
More to come.
lolbbq: thx for the comment, let me go find a apple or something. i don't usually do still life's on the computer, there isn't a lot of space on my desk lol but i will give it a shot.
Making good art is neither quick or easy, at least for most of us anyway, lol. Just keep drawing, because you seem to be on the right track with the work shown so far. And I'm guessing you're still fairly young, so there's plenty of time to improve if you continue the studies you're currently doing and learn from them.
Might I suggest that at this early stage, study anatomy and perspective as much as you can, since those will be the major building blocks for any drawing done from imagination. Once you have a solid grasp on them, then you can move on to the other fundamentals like value, color, composition, etc.
Looking forward to seeing more, so keep up the good work!
What i ment to say was is there a better way to draw scales then just trying to draw every one of them, there must be a faster way to get the effect?
Btw ty for your comments, and i really agree, ive been thinking about it a lot and i know at some point im going to have to know my anatomy very very well. Every bone and every muscle. I am planning on getting into that very soon lol
Wow such a crappy day, i spend like 5 hours or so doing stuff studies on paper, and went to scan and i remembered i forgot to install my scanner, so i try to install the drivers and i get some weird cannot find INF file error. So i say fine i will take a picture and put it on my PC, and i plug my camera in and my computer doesn't detect it, so i figure ive got some problem with my PC using some usb devices... i will have to figure it out somehow.
Anyway i did a apple, this is all for today because of the devices errors .
Yeah...so garlic is really hard and i screwed it up bad
meh trying to get my comp fixed so i scan my non digi stuff ive been doing, hopefully get it done soon. studies are harder on pc gotta move the ref and stuff
Some loomis stuff, i really fail at the human body haha
I really like that apple, and your garlic. Keep up with anatomy. Your doin great.
some poses from the loomis book.
007-r0b3r7: thx i will do that
danlucas: thx for stopping bye, im glad you like the apple it was yummy, the garlic...not so much XD
i finally got my printer/scanner to work

Focus more on gesture and structure, before rendering, in fact you should do that even before studying anatomy
Few more studies
Circles are hard
