We learn in life so we can live in dreams
My illustrated story blog:
And we have another winner Great concept, a bit humorous as well which I think suits your style very much... In fact I'd like to see more works like this from you, I think you have a great sense of humor that makes for some very interesting imagery... Keep it up!
This is very very basic shit for beginners BTW, very small tuts and tips
for people who just start out, nothing advanced or complicated.
No assassination attempts please it is not meant compete with gnomon (or however you spell that)
or CA videos and streams, its just a way for some people to get started at all and to help them to get
ready to join the awesome and more in depth classes on Conceptart org.
I do it in my free time and keep things simple.
After getting many requests and questions about getting started with digital painting and other related subjects I decided to create a Page dedicated to this topic.
Everyone is free to join and participate in the free classes.
I am uploading various tutorials that will cover basics such as setting up a brush for painting (the brush I use), shading and blending techniques, Painting tutorials.
I will also post notes and tips, and organize small classes with homework and reviews.
The first 3 videos are up.
This 30 min demo portrait is one part of the program.
This should be interesting for beginners and will get you ready for the future advanced videos I will produce for Conceptart.org
Please help me spread the word, it is a good thing and its free. Tell your friends and join in.
Once we get the thing rolling I will also feature some other artists and organize some simple life voice chat sessions (maybe can do that on the CA vert) and answer some questions.
/// The first Class is starting now! You will find the instructions on the page! Join in!
Here is the link, add yourself

Oh and I gotta say I love you sticking those "RANDIS-style" tattoos on a lot of your characters.
"I wish to paint in such a manner as if I were photographing dreams" - Zdzislaw BeksinskiMy Happy Little Sketchbook, please check it out and help me get better!
Amazing, stylized but so incredibly detailed! I love it man, keep it up
excellent I love the use of 3d.. it's nice to see it incorporated more and more into illustration....just another tool
The necromancer piece seems a bit oversaturated
Muh name's Boti, use it

@ LORD M
Thank you! Cheers
I am establishing the tattoos as a part of my style elements.
Thank you! I am glad to hear that!
Thanks It is indeed just another tool to get the results you want quicker.
Thank you! Good to hear that!
Thanks! Yes its somewhat overly saturated, Its somewhat ok tho for the purpose of the image.
You are welcome
I thought its a more interesting combo than the usual night setting.
As long as they move in the shadows its all cool.

Here 2 quick paintings for CA activities.
WOW!!! I can only dream that someday I will be as talented as you. You are such an inspiration. My favorite are the 3 on the first page: the diver, golem, and the one where the guy has a cleaver in his hand. The facial expressions in the diver and the one with the cleaver remind me of some of Norman Rockwell's art. Anyway awesome job keep it up!
