um.. first post?
The word anarchy comes from the ancient Greek αναρχία in which αν meant without and αρχία meant first a military leader and then ruler. Anarchist society is one without rulers: a classless, non-hierarchical society.
You need people like me.
You need people like me so you can point your grubby fingers and say, "That's the bad guy.""
I would've figured more people would have gone the humorous route by now
What do you guys think?
This one was fun! Got some inspiration from my own kitty.

The brave dog of the knights of the oval kennels battles the Dragon-cat, a cat rumoured to be the size of a dragon and twice as fierce.
Took about 1.5 hours i think. I need to work on my understanding of value.

This is my first DSG.
Our hero, the ever vigilant sir Dog-Knight, races up the great mountain on a selfless quest to save the virgin Mouse-Maiden who was sacrificed to the terrible Cat-Dragon (she's got crappy friends). Upon reaching the summit and finding the girl exposed, our fearless friend was eager to begin the rescue (and very eager to begin the devirginization process), when suddenly there was a rumbling from deep within the mountain...

I'll have to finish it another time but here's it so far, got a bit carried away with this one, enjoyed it too much!
There is nothing worse than fighting an ammonia-breathing cat if you have a very keen sense of smell!
Alot of great ones in here, enjoying all the different styles.
yeah!!!!DSG..killer stuff people...i was compelled to do this before i went sleep. plus i haven't made any entry lately
Some of these entries are really awesome I really like r3u5's submission, in particular. The whole piece just works together in an eye-catching way!
I can't figure out why my pieces seem so muddy and blurry, any tips from anyone?

A lot of really fun stuff in this thread!
The story is a little long, but it was so much fun to think up I figured I would share. No obligation to read the back story.
Story: As a young pup Pynch M. Dober heard fantastic stories of epic battles between heroic dog knights and evil cat dragons. From a young age he wished to become a knight himself and follow the path of legends. Then one day as a young pup woke to see his town on fire. He ran to seek help and on his way he encountered a fierce dragon kitten who must have started the inferno. Quickly picking up a branch he engaged the kitten in battle only to be throughly and completely crushed. "Dogs are weaker than dragons." purred the kitten mockingly as it held Pynch helplessly pinned to the ground, "Challenge me again when you have the strength of a true hero." With that the dragon kitten laughed and left the humiliated pup alone and alive. When he was of age and after he had helped rebuild the town Pynch entered into the difficult training to become a Knight though small for his age.
Years passed and the once small puppy became an enormous and muscular dog. Pynch became a legend among the trainees. He could cleave boulders with a single swing of his sword, lift carriages with his bare paws and outrun the calvary on foot. His feats caught the attention of everyone including one young Princess Wolfbreed who could not help but see him training alone at night from the high castle windows. Yet it was never enough for him and he declined any honors and, much to the surprise of the kingdom, he refused to become a full Knight despite the requests of the Princess frequent messengers.
One night the Princess approached Pynch herself. "What must I do to make you a Knight who will protect me from the enemies who, as we speak, are planning to overthrow the kingdom?"
"Grant me leave that I may slay the dragon I confronted in my youth and I will be your sword and shield until death, your highness."
"Go," she said quietly. "Go and return as Sir Dober, the Dragon Slayer."
Pynch left the next morning in his battered training armor carrying enough weapons to supply a small army. He traveled for weeks tracking the dragon to its lair. Only to discover...
