ok i`ve been slacking, i havent posted in here for ages.. i dont really got anything worthy to show you because i`ve been moving to my new apartement ( wich rocks btw ) and because i`ve been very busy with school.. here`s a little portrait i did in class. took me about 1h45 .
Love your crazy monster-like humans! please please continue that ://D
and your colour-blending rules.. please continue that too..
I think it would be good for you to practise some basic face
proportions though, your mouths and noses has a tendency to lie
too far down the face.
Maybe you should try to do a detailed sketch and colourise it with your amazing skills? ; D
more fullbodies please
an unfinished protrait from last night and a part of my school project ( don't like it though but i just don't have enough time to modify it..)
"A mare or nightmare is a spirit or goblin in Germanic folklore which rides on people's chests while they sleep, bringing on bad dreams (or "nightmares"). The mare is attested as early as in the Norse Ynglinga saga from the 13th century, but the belief itself is likely to be considerably older. As in English, the name appears in the word for "nightmare" in the Nordic languages (e.g. the Swedish word "mardröm" literally meaning mara-dream or the Danish word "mareridt" literally meaning mare-ridden). The mare is similar to the mythical creatures succubus and incubus, and was likely inspired by sleep paralysis."

Nice atmosphere in this last one mate, really nice .
Other than that the nose seems abnormally small, and the eyes seems to be very high, so again is just proportion things
not bad. keep it up, do studies though, u lack studies.
The graphicness of your pieces is cool, especially the top one on this page. I think you could work some more on the faces though, really nail the proportions and features, it looks like you're lacking some basic knowledge at the moment. Some self portraits will help a lot, and just generally doing studies from Loomis/Bridgeman/life, whatever.
@Holland, thanks! i'm trying to do some more full body sketches!
@Lotet, Studies.... Yeah i know but i seem to lose the motivation when i'm starting studies :/ ok next time i update i swear there will be studies!! YEAH!

Really nice sketchbook. Your colors and values are really great, I especially like the 9 fanart image you did, really great lighting and colors there. And basically everything on this last page is really good. But you should work more on human faces, they seem a bit long and they all have the same expression and look a bit flat. But your creatures heads are really cool, really like that new image you added on the first post as well as thumbnail for the SB. Also really excellent brushwork. Looking forward to more
