Hey, some nice stuff you've got here! arrh, especially find the alchemy piece with the female torso cool as hell!
Your rendering is great and the linework fluid. Think your weakness lies in the proportions which are a bit off sometimes. Keep it up man
thanks for visiting my sketchbook mate. I've been to your SB but didn't post anything ' cause i think everything was said already. But I'll drop by again. Thanks for pointing out the proportions, I'll be more conscious on that next time.
thanks for the support.
I hear you guys. I was planning to do some colored sketches the same night I read your post, but it was the same night I found out that my computer crashed. I sent it to an IT shop since it's not covered under warranty anymore. The guy said it was hardware (HD) failure.
I can't replace my computer straight away due to financial difficulties, so I only have a couple of pencil sketches here, not even enough to impress myself. But I gotta keep moving on. I'm thing of going back to oil painting for the time being, but we'll see how it goes...
I'm back! My computer died last week and it's the most tragic moment for me in a while. So foolish of me to not able to back all my recent and WIP file up, and they all died with my hard drive. So here are few of my old works, some are just a year ago and some are totally ancient especially the Lightwave stuffs. I was painting using a mouse back then so. Some works are illos for a medical magazine that I used to work for, some cover design studies never get to see the light of the day...
Thanks for dropping by...
here are some images I've pulled off while waiting for my new CS4, all my programs died with my hd when my pc crashed. all produced with Painter essentials 2 that came in with my wacom tab more than 2 years ago. Never thought it could be a fun program to work with.
the girl with creature on the bg is pretty much complete, so I might include that in FF someday. thanks for peeking. feel free to bash it up.
thanks. 'Bout the pyramid guy, not sure where he's from, I thought I've seen him somewhere. It's just one afternoon, I suddenly got this vague vission of a guy with pointed head. I'll try to render him in the future
haven't posted anything for a while. Here's some pencils and wips, digital sketches from random doodle and one is an A0 present for a workmate I'll be printing tom...c&c's most welcome

thanks for visiting guys, and for all your kind words. Thanks a lot.
Haven't done much sketching lately, since Modern Warfare came out
here's some random sketches, from old to new. And some colored ones from old to new. Some of the 3D's are more of design than anything, I just posted them here tyo keep them in one place.
Last few are recent speed paints and experiments
Some great work man, really like your manga cyber style, something I've been looking for reference for for a while.
looking forward top more.
Your digital works are pretty damn well done! It's kind of interesting how there's this weird gap between your penciled sketches and your digital paintings. None the less, pretty well done. I'm actually interested to see your sketches be brought into painter/photoshop to be painted on top of
keep up the good work!
thanks Melstom. I can point you to some works by other artists that does what you're looking for, if you want
thanks to you too angelo. What do you mean about weird gap? I normally use ball-point pen when I sketch on paper. And I also sketch with my pentab, that's what I do normally if I want to render it, and from there it goes thru many different alterations.
hit me back if you want me to show you some WIPs, or I can post them here if there's enough interests.
here's some sketches I did last night. Crits are always welcome.
How's it going everyone?
Been practicing painting process, and here are some results with a lot of frustrations and a bit of joy. The girl without a face was from a photo of a person that constantly reminds me of my dream. Destroyed the photo, cut & pasted, distorted, flipped, rotated, painted over until none of the original photo is recognizable and leave an image expressing how I felt about that person. Used a "Romanticist" approach to colors.
C&Cs are welcome as always

huuuge progress! Keep on drawing and posting!
Hey there, thanks for posting in my book. There's definitely a lot of work put into your artwork here and huge leaps from the beginning. I don't know why but it seems really common that a lot of people want to do speed paints before they've really gotten strong grasps on color theory.
I think it would really benefit you to do some really long drawn out studies, at least 6 hours on a piece from life, just like a still life set up on your desk or anything and try to get it as accurate as you possibly can. Plein air would also be great I read you wanted to do some, you really should when you find time. Keep working at it, it is getting better.
Wow, your improvement really shows in every post you do. Very impressive! Keep going.
Really inspiring sketchbook man! Love the imaginative figures and your color work is coming along nicely. The last post of the rose especially, has a great soft light quality. More please!
