Very nice character design and fine details too. I like it
The first illustration, Mirabell, is a fantastic character design, but her chest looks flat, the clothing on her chest area makes her chest look too two dimensional rather than a 3d depth
As for Frost, you have a bright palette for steampunk but it fits well with the cartoony look. You build real nice highlights with simple strokes and you use some real good lighting
Overall I love Mirabell, her design is familiarized within the RPG type of genre which is my favorite and I love doing those types of characters. Keep up the good work
Ms. Frost's neck seems to be missing. I would re-work the head so that it's a little large, and more clearly positioned over the goggles, so we see a clearer perspective.
i like it, only thing is the characters seem a little "flat" but it's probably just me
don't give up, and you're young soooooo um relax? your characters are stiff so establish the gesture first.
you have a nice smooth color style going on, it might help if you experiment with texture when rendering.
