you should have some more contrasting tones not too far but still particularly
in the mountains in the backdrop, I wouldnt skip on just having them as sillhouttes ad some variety of dark tones inside the shadow to make it apear
more realistic, plust since its snowing the snow is going to be reflecting the moonlight for sure...are you using reference material for a dragon I think you
want to have that real look and feel and i would suggest you get some reference and do some studies on the side to nice layout and concept thats half the battle good luck on the project.

for the dragon, i was trying to create a dragon with a new look instead of using D&D setting, however i do notice there's some part i should change.
