oh man these stills look really good and I dig the lines on the bethoven, really fluid and minimal, cool stuff and he is wearing headphones makes me wonder what classical musicians would be like if they had mixing desks and sub woofers lol
great studies man!
Your stills getting amazingly better! (love tomato btw) Would've be nice to see some imaginery digis with applied knowledge ) Pencils are ok, but some heads have too low jawbone imo,
Hi, been a while since I was here last, but things are looking great, especially that last still life, it has a nice oily feel to it.
Good to see you posting again. You really have colors down man. Gj.
Your Beethoven looks pretty good too, great face. A bit half-assed bottom part, but hey we all do it
You still lack a bit of confidence and symmetry when it comes to non referenced human faces though. So keep up the great work dude. Who needs money anyways.
hoping to see an update from you soon
@JoeS: hehe thanks alot man

Okay been away for more time than i would like to so I managed to kick myself in the ass and stayed up late to get some more studies and doodles done
First some greyscale studies from ref
then a failed sp in color
and the usual
and another in 12 min
nice update, good to see you posting again. fruits looking very good and so does the enviro, but maybe a bit darker values in the foreground to separate it a bit from the middleground.
@alexson: thx man here is more
@jskotte: haha yeah you are interely right i noticed that when i came back with some coffee and saw it from a distance but i had already decided it was finished
thanks and yeah i better make more regular updates now
@Pixie Trick: thanks pixie. erhm you mean trying and do more finished peices or making fewer strokes or....
i´ll try working on it
Okay update time
Sooo i have been dancing around trying not to study faces and skintones because i suck at it, but i have decided to just plow through and hope it´ll turn out okay
and colors good i suck
I know, no still´s!!
all that fruit is making me hungry but overall I like your still life and the yellow lizard
Yeah I know that feeling Nice value studies and the bottom color one looks really great. Nu er jeg ellers klar til Croqius, forsøgte at komme i mandags, stod på Jægersborg st og ventede på toget i 10 min og så meddelte de at der først kom et om 30-40 min og så droppede jeg det altså, men regner med at være der på mandag
really dig that lizard!

!0 min enviros look really great, wish I could paint them so fast. Still life looks good as well and so does the portrait. One suggestion, maybe do some enviros where you spend longer as well and really try and make the look like the photo.
Wicked speedpaints, very very impressive, but I'd love to see what you could make on longer paintings, maybe an hour or so? Keep it up!
@alexson: thanks man I will
@jskotte: Thanks. Yeah I have been looking at some diffrent photos to figure out witch one I wanna take all the way
@crown: thanks man I did a portrait thingy witch i spend a couple of hours on today
wen´t to croquis today
some from head and some from ref
and a portrait stopped looking at the time when i crossed the 2 hour mark but im guessing at 4 hours or so:/
croquis looks great, specially the gray paper ones
Really nice work on this last portrait, skin and skin tones look great, but maybe the corner of the lips seem a bit too colorful and hard edged.
