I'm 18, from the Phillipines and I've just recently discovered this place all thanks to batang-gala (check her page out, fantastic sketches! http://conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?p=1930101&)
The artists here are just...WOW! It really took a lot to get over my self consciousness and start a thread here.
I haven't been able to practice for sometime. Its been almost 3 years since I last did anything major...and since flights of fancy change real fast, I'm not too satisfied with them any more. However, one always need a starting point so I decided to have some of the old school scanned and posted.
-My first attempt at portraiture at 14
-some anatomy studies a year later...with the obvious anime influence
-studies on the hands/arms
-studies on the feet/legs
I hope to put more up throughout the month. I'm sorry for these all these being out of date...university demands haven't been to forgiving. Also I don't have a scanner so things might be a tinnie bit slow.
Comments and critique are much appreciated!
...time and inspiration would get lots of love though...sigh
Maraming salamat! Thank you!

Sadly, I cannot critique or comment on your old work, but from what I can see you did quite good then. I'd love to see the progress you've made.
