Hey folks i hope you could see the image O.o its my first post in the forum
This picture shows my current skill on painting landscapes ( its my second landscape picture )
Here i tried to realize some ideas ..e.g to create deep or so ..
it would be cool if i get some critique to improve myself .. ( i already know that the rocks dont fit to the picture with that black outline..^^ )
( still can't establish a light source ;/ )

The spaceship looks transluscent, like you painted on the layer above the trees but turned the opacity down to 50%. The mottling looks like the foliage behind it. Give the ship more solidity and weight, define the planes so you know exactly where light and shadow should fall on that particular shape. I'd also get rid of the bit of broken wing/flap. At first I wasn't sure what I was looking at and found it distracting.

and The mottling should be a try of creating ligh hitting the ship ..but i didn't manage it :/
