As for digital works....I am pretty new to digital... here are some late pieces that I did... also participated in CHOW as you will see....
SAM vs. Shelob from LOTR... I hate when lasso tool is so visible...grrrr
Supposed to be Icarus and his fall from a ne perspective
Unfortunately I didnt make it to the poll...no wonder with this anatomy....that I am struggling with since a year now...
Welcome man, I'm new here too. I really love your watercolour work.
These are some Creature concepts for a browser game called " Paths of Destiny"
I guess its on ice atm....
I posted it that big...because every little pic was supposed to be 200x200 pixels...so you have the possibility to look at some...
Wow man. I like your style. I really like your watercolors. I've always thought about giving that a try someday. Keep at it. OCD helps alot as you saw on my Werewolf Bloodhunter thread, it got me through to a finished piece for once in my life. Looking forward to seeing your progress man.
I hope I wont offend anyone here!!!
I have always heard that copying others is really good to learn!
So I stared of with this great picture called "Mancubus". Its a character from DOOM..
Unfortunately I cant credit it... the artist is maybe called "No" though it stands on the side...
If anyone knows, let me know! ;-)
I like how you use that watercolor and that doom-copy piece is looking good, but your pieces from imaginations still looking weird. Do more quick studies using references. I mean gesture and life drawing studies.
Keep it up
Good start, Keep posting.
Looking for Feedback! Please visit my sketchbook..
You are working hard and it pays off. I'll throw in some stars cuz i I love all your works in the latest update, especially the hanging cloth and master study/copy.
Keep it up!
Thx m8, Ill try to keep that on!!! ;-)
Think so? Bows!! Thank you...
Hehe yes that cloth nearly killed me! THX 4 the stars.... ;-)
Some more from me:
The Spaceship, Mars piece was done for a challenge over at "cgpad.org"
I worked on it for about 15 hours.... but it came out quite nice...
Hope some of you guys like some of it....
C u all!!!!
You've captured the mood very good in the last pieces.
Now i know you hear it all the time probably, but work your ass off, do as many studies as possible sometimes imagination stuff, to keep it fresh and running. It's simple and very hard at the same time, but it's the only way it goes.
Thank you very much! Really glad to hear that from you... ;-)
I guess you are right, the problem is, I intend to do too much personal stuff.... and not enough studies... LOLZ but I will keep it in mind and will try!!!
Warrior concept, I did about 20 poses before I refined this one...
Hello Thujon, you are doing a great job, you show no fear to create and thats admirable, keep an eye for anatomy, its very important. keep it up!
btw the mancubus is done by Ismael "Izzy" Medrano, I hate him, he is too good he did work on god of war3 for example
