these pieces definitely pass as 'expressive' works as you mentioned. 6-7 more months to go?? aahh.. well i'm sure you are picking up a lot of inspiration on your training AND some good reference to incorporate into your works so you are still learning either way in/out of drawing. knowing you barely have the time to post, i'm already going to miss updates D':
okay-- stay strong and good luck bro!
miss you too KK!
the longships image is pure dope

I've been inspired!
Thanks for posting your stuff! Can't wait to see more
hold on tight buddy there. I am joining as well too soon :/
amazing work is amazing!
Always surprises me which countries still have mandatory military service.
Good luck with your training.
Boosting the saturation of a photo is an interesting approach that's never occurred to me before, will have to try it.
The desert enviro is sick, the rock face is totally solid and so is the ground. I think rendering a convincing floor surface in a natural environment is one of those things that are taken for granted but are actually quite difficult.
nice stuff! i am also doing my military service, 20 months more to go D:
Mates thank you all very much. Still things are tight here because we are still having training, but soon (near the end of february) things will get a lot looser cause newbies are getting in for training and we are simply doing service, so we have more time.
For now i just want to try something on the days i will have some hours out of the camp.
I will draw some random bullshit stuff with the mouse in some online broswer paint programms.
Thats for now. thank you all for the support!!!
Reme 20 months are to much mate, hope you find a rythm to pass them easier psycologicaly.
Of course i am sorry for not commenting separately but after i finish with army i will come back and comment and crit to everyone.
See ya mates
( here the link of the online painter http://www.onemotion.com/flash/sketch-paint/ )
there might be better ones, i just randomly googled online paint
EDIT: found an interesting flash painting application

Damn man, some too awesome stuff here... Love your brushwork and the use of colours, intense!
I'm too stunned and just-woke-up-tired to say anything constructive at the moment, just keep it up and keep making us amazed.
Damn what kinda brush do you do that energy stuff with?
Thanks for the supportive comments mates!!!!
Geb i have posted the link to the online programm that simulates that effect. Its just an online application that lets you sketch with that effect.
Anyway here something done with mouse in a net cafe
Dont have time to do much, still doing training.
lets all keep up
Hey Kingkosta! I still cant believe you made that with only one mouse hehe. Cant wait for your army-scans
Looking forward to an update! I love those quick enviros, filled with great texture and detail.

Dude it's nice, that you get some time to paint and practice, even in the army. Gladly, I'm off the hook from army stuff, but here in vodkaland you wouldn't have that chance.
Keep it cool!
Pou eisai re kwlopaidooooooooooo?
Hello everyone . I am back home for some days till i head for the final months. Actually its about one more month because the last one will be very loose(at least thats what i think lol)
I really want to thank all of you that keep supporting me, even at times of absence. Your support is boosting me to work and i cant wait to return fully!!!
I cant say that i am not rusty, but i tried to do as much as i could, and now i also sketched something here and there.
So i will do some nooby update to show that i am alive
I find a lot of weaknesses in my skills so i will have to do the classic hardcore training when i come back fully.
Here some assbook sketches and some digital stuff
Lets all keep up mates!!!thankieeees again
(i have some more sketches but i have to scan them first)
