Awesome concept and extremely well executed. I especially enjoy that it looks like a child...but is slurping down some invertebrate that it just killed. or is that the tongue? either way, this looks great.
Nice work but i've a question, is she eating a squid or is she half a girl and half a squid ?

Although perhaps it's the style that requires it, perhaps you might want to push the fact that it is, in fact, an underwater scene. Pixar had some interesting ideas on how to bring that idea to the viewer.
NICE! I think the hip cropping hurts her anatomically though. I can't imagine what she is waist down. Not even from the implied with the tentacle (?) showing.
Yes very nice,
I agree with the others though, too cropped possibly.

Very nice! Great concept!
This is so cute and creepy, I could tell she was eating an unfortunate invertebrate, though I think its the tentacle on the right that's confusing people. Great job nonetheless.
Nice work, has something iconic
I am Loving Squids
It doesnt 100% feel like underwater to me. Normally the light would be filtered by the water -> blue green color.
If it's eating the squid you can add some hints of blood and small pieces floating around.
"Create like a god, command like a king, work like a slave."
Very inspiring, beautiful colors.
I think if you softened the highlights in the hair and eyes it would appear to be underwater a bit more. perhaps not, but maybe you could try it. beautiful tho.
She's absolutely DARLING! Definitely my type, so I wish she was just a bit older so I could ask her out without being arrested...

Ironically, the concept of SIMPLICITY is most often misunderstood by simple-minded people. --Alj Mary
Does look cute, can get probably very vicious, but will never loose her charm, as long as you are not the victim, like this poor cuttlefish, that came along, maybe thinking, "what a nice creature is swimming towards me... aaargh...!"
Very coherent character you brought to life with this, and for sure with a lot of charisma. Nevertheless, I have to agree, that the cropping is maybe a little bit too small, not much.... maybe just enlarge it enough, that a small part of the corpus of the cuttlefish is to see, not just his tentacles, so confusion about the origin of these can not come up, while the suspense the picture generates by hiding the "victim" does not get lost. Besides this measure would maybe even point out more clearly, that this is under water, cause I think the light and color of the background is very well done.
But one part is truly irritating me: her ears. They are beautiful, for sure, but are they truly HERS? Can`t say exactly why, but they do not "feel" to me like sprouting out of this head.
Hope to see more of these.... the parents?

here are two newly painted works.
the first one was a x-mas present for my friend Sonja and the second one is a portrait of my friend Sonja
normally I rather work with hard brush strokes, but nevertheless I like the soft works too.
hope you´ll like it.

Moi, ce que j'aime, chez Daniela..,
Sorry but a French song is called "daniela" and it's quite a good song.
Anyway, i love the Cowgirl, and that portrait is very good.
Did you use a model for that girl, or did she come from your imagination.
lovely stuff! i like the "vivid" pic on your website especially.
Very nice. I like the roman style one the best. A lovely portrait, though the modeling on her arm is not at the level of the modeling on her face.
I really like the soft-clean look of the vampiregirl and the cowgirl. Very nice.
