You have a hard hitting style! It's bursting with kinetic energy and very dynamic. Your inked drawings are just in your face. All that being said I think some pieces have so much going on that they can become overwhelming. I really dig your more traditional work such as the mermaid above, you have a nice handle on anatomy. Good luck with the comic bro, awesome sketchbook!
Keep up the good work. Subscribing

Kev your work ethic is amazing and I admire that, and geez finishing paintings haha hm that's hard for me
a few common things I see wrong with the paintings:
- structure of the face. Though you're influenced by a lot of things (anime, other illustrators), it's a good idea to break down the face/head in an academic way (with line and understanding the muscles/bones), so you can merge that knowledge with your influences to make something that is still your own (or like theirs!), but doesn't look awkward...
- same with the body, but I think more basically on a foundation level, with the gestures
- design wise clasps, connections, fabrics, materials, cuts, etc all feel like they come from your head, which has digested what you've seen from said influences. So most of those details come out and are uninteresting to me, though I do "get the point" ... Reference of fashion and periods is NOT the enemy, lol, though it does take a few moments to look up, it's way better in the long run
Hm that's all for now... I know I'll be seeing more stuff !
Sorry, I couldn't resist the MGS3 reference but when I saw your Avatar and your name, I had to stop by to take a look! Great Stuff here and you have definetly improved from page 1-3. How come there are not any MGS images up?
