nice studys .. keep on goin
i really like the latest one and it's quality-contrast.. but those clouds are a bit strange.. i dunno, maybe u can add some values in there too, like a gradient perhaps.
uh, and try one of these multiple-fleepoint-perspectives.. maybe that will help you a bit in ur architecture studys :]
Thanks for visit
Here is a sketch for an architect Competition for a waterfront redesign at Helensburgh, Scotland. Its inspired by the contours of the landscape, The black building also has a building next to it where you can walk up on the roof. (its on the left side, is it possible to see??)
Here is a couple of speedies for the new fake "FAKE Game Studio" started by Form to help us develop our skills Take a visit to our thread here on the forum to see how an Art Director would run a design project from start to end
Two new thumb speeds.
The arrival: Humans are emerging or exploring the other planet that has collided into their own
The Cave: After the infection broke out, we have moved into caves outside the city... (something like that... maybe the plants just outgrew us)
Very little personal work lately. Have been stuck doing art for some small computer game companies. So all sketches and everything has gone into that the last month(s). But now i am back in uni and get some extra time to both do and show some work. Here is 2 sketches done on a new building design. Its a marine research centre with these ponds of trapped water around it as the tide goes in and out. Atm very conceptual..
Started a new sketch today, I also posted in the critique center for some help, Since i am not very good on commenting in other people sketchbooks i dont get many reply Sorry for that
Thanks for the crit on my work...I really like your work here. You have an amazing understanding of composition and flow. I want to see you polish more work...the details never do you justice and I think working through to the end of some more works will do you some real good.
Good luck and keep posting.
Thanks for comments ConCrete. I totaly agree that i need to detail my images more. I am currently looking for a mentor to help me take the next step, To get out of personal habbits...
