very nice! I saw the wip of this a little while ago, and it's definitely come a long way; love the colors as well as the balance you've got going with the rocks and the sky (the dark rocks taking the bottom left diagonal and the light clouds and ship taking the top right). if I had to crit anything it would be that, to me, the dark shapes and the dark cloaked figure in the foreground feel rather flat. I think the hard edge around those shapes don't offer the same depth that you've achieved in the rest of the piece. outside of that, though, there really isn't much to say besides great work!
The bottom rocks are looking flat, and I thought the cloaked figure was part of the rocks before he pointed it out (though it may be my screen's fault!). It would help to add more detail to the rocks and make the figure stand out more.

Wow, impressive. I would say, if any crit would be necessary, to me, it seems like the waterfall/stream at the bottom of the painting, to where the water meets the rocks isn't valued according to its location, maybe working with slightly altered tints would make it more believeable.
Overall, this is incredible work.
I think the waterfall on that peak in the background beneath the ship stands out just a bit too much. I think it'll look better if you blend it in with the peak just a little bit more. Also, like the others said, I didn't notice the guy when I first looked at the picture. If you can find some way to make him stand out just a tiny bit and still be dark, it would help. The only thing I can think of right now is to make his highlights on his cloak a diffrent color than that of the rocks. Maybe a dark blue or purple or a dark blood red. Something, still really dark and shadowy, but just a diffrent from the rocks.
tighten up the foreground, maybe some "particles" coming off of the waterfall, brighter white highlights on the snowy rocks
other than that great work
