A bit smaller update this time. Loomis, again
Good life drawing skills!
Mike Butkus, thank you, but all of those are just copies from books, not from life.
doodles from imagination
and a start for an environment which already looks horrible. Need to draw landscapes more often
tried to use charcoal instead of pencil. So hard, but also so much fun
apple from life, other drawings from photos
Your charcoil one is awesome!!! The other anatomy stuff too Great!
stuff from imagination
hey nice anatomy studies thats a crazy amount of figure drawings and as far as invironments and such you probably already know this but the best place to start is doing basic perspective studies then study old matte painters and see what they did
Your anatomy studies are looking great, especailly in that Charcoal study. I am also digging the alien humanoid above. nice work.
Nice sketchbook! I particularly like the shading on those figure drawings, you seem to understand the volumes nicely!!
You want to save humanity, but it's people that you just can't stand
- John Lennon ...
Thanks a lot guys
Trying to get used to traditional paints. I used gouache for these. All of these are from ref and are posted in chronological order
and one from head
That's fine, and it has no less vale for it, it's still very good work!
WOW Great sketchbook dude.
I'm loving your pencil drawings.
Looking for Feedback! Please visit my sketchbook..
Hey, nice stuff here, these imaginated people turned out really good, I encourage you to draw on 100x70cm, very good way to learn how to do some anatomical studies. Body expression, in these at the begining of the page, is realy good and natural. About traditional painting? Dont get caught in making faces so vertical. Try to practise head drawing from nature or copying from books (old good da vinci and angelo stuff).
Keep those sketches coming, I'm waiting for something bigger and more precise L-:
My 2D Portfolio
Mike Butkus, thank you
Kambei Shimada, thanks
P, dekui, meginsiu kaip zadejau per atostogas
Barnik, thanks a lot for suggestions. I'll keep them in mind. Though, drawing on such a big piece of paper should be quiet expensive, but I'll try to do one or two of those in the future. Thanks, again
spent a bit more time on this
trying to learn how to draw horses. they are still very difficult to me :/
