I also had some reptiles earlier in my garden area, and a little golden Iguana
from Türkey, I loved them, they loved me. Then my aunts husband roasted
them with a handmade blowtorch. He put that blowtorch together from zero
to finish, from the how to do yourself newspaper addition. You see, my
aunt, had some unexplainable phobias and anxiety disorders from earlier.
She also claimed that she was molested by lesser T-rex siblings on her three
week lasting trip to the Amazon. She won that trip through some of those
fashion magazines made especially for females. You can say what you want
to say, but you are getting better and better, the endurance and diligent work
that you are mirror reflecting is beyond describable. No matter how the storm
gets nasty, you are starting to put down stronger and stronger roots.
Congratulation for the two year conceptart anniversary!!!
Would hold your hand a bit if you would be closer, but all I can say is to keep on
going, and grow strong. History is what you are building. Brick by brick.
Here goes PHASE 33
must work harrrder >:|
Happy to see you still going full steam :)
Are you attending art school already? How is it treating you?
I really liked the lizard plushie drawing from last page, finely polished and looking pretty good.
Oh, you can check the soviet-potato-digging-photo on my SB. Couldn't find any red clothing though.
Hey Sushy, have you ever tried to render shadows using your elbow or shoulder as an anchor point rather than your wrist? It works with both ballpoint and pencil and looks really good because the lines get so evenly laid down. It's almost like dropping digital textures over your line-work. It's a little bit harder to stay inside the desired areas though, but the professional look makes up for it IMO. Oh and did you go for learning Russian rather than Japanese seeing your cyrillic script? Awesome!
Kerah Art school.. Yeah.. Well, it is a fine school, not many lessons though. XD And I haven't had life drawing v_v
me very gusta le sovjet picture vladje :D
Axelga2112 oh yeah I am still learning Russian. :> That is a good idea to use the whole arm more, however how do you do that in an A5 sized sketchbook? Or should you just work bigger then? XD
Shalala not so much today. I have been away all day :V
dah dah where does my time go?
I am posting it here to make it official.
Now I hope I will actually do iitttt
nice updates, really like the last digital photo study!
The anatomy has improved tremendously.
You know that you are my hero.
kevin_ thanks :D
LtPlissken thank you *v*
I TRIED TO DO PERSPECTIVE STUDIES TODAY
(which was just ... tracing perspective lines from photos. Which is really hard maaan)
I mean, what WHAT
are not going through the vanishing point.
but other lines are.
How does that work? Did I do it wrong? T_T
This one went better I think:
this owl must look more badass than this D=
And here is a traditional drawing I should finish
It's A2... :>
The traditional is hard core, I like her expression.
Who knows about those perspectives, I don't have enough knowledge to explain that.
Maybe the architect was too drunk, and he made some smaller mistakes.
Then they decapitated him cause of his errors.
Sushy, I think that that entire façade (the one you marked with "?") might actually not be perpendicular in relation to the front side of the building. As in "less than 90 degrees". Whereas the angle of the smaller wall, directly under the one you marked with question mark, is 90 degrees (relative to the front of the building), hence the difference... Imho your lines are cool, it's just that the building in question is of hmmm, non-conventional design :D
Maybe this will help:
But maybe I just fail @ reading the perspective lines.
Very nice sb btw.
Oh! Thats so awesome you do the perspective studies! You start very well! Keep pushing i belive you will get success! And thanks for droping my sb, realli nice to me)
LtPlissken Well, I have had several lessons about it, so I kinda know how it works. However, I never use it. These studies should motivate me to do it myself lol
Yeah I could also just blame the architect :D
inkR hm yeah that could be it! :D (I hope so, else i did it terribly wrong xD) This is the original image btw: http://www.berlin-hotels-guide.com/b...otel/front.jpg
n1frit thanks dimiii <3
Do you have one of those days that you just feel like smacking your head to the wall? Well, I do. XD
These perspective studies are really boring

I think I am going to make them from scratch now, instead of tracing.
And here is some sketchbook stuff

Perspective is pretty awesome, I want to see some of your own stuff too in time :)
Your chroma rich shading when you do color is amazing! Keep up the good work!
Kerah I do not know if it is awesome, but I was sick of having all my pictures weird not realistic perspectives. So let's get started!
jdavisillustration Thank you *v*
Okay, How To Scrue Up Your Life part 33.
tried out some perspective stuff myself.
This is the base for a design for IDW. Yes, I am going to try again. I wonder if I can finish it in time.
This is still in progress.
5 attempts of hand painting later:
And this is a gift for da bouse
Also, today I received the samples of a T-shirt design I made. They came out pretty awesome. I still have to take good photos of it.
Anyway, if you are looking somewhere to buy a T-shirt... Please buy this one! :D

this thing is still in progress.
It is a tunnel digger.
And here is a photostudy...
and that was it!
Dang you have posted a lot since 2010 keep this pace up! Think what could maybe help you out is doing more gestures like maybe start with 15 second gestures and just try and nail down as much information with as few strokes as possible then keep moving up the time.
Keep having fun learning and exploring worlds
That ice cream looks really yummy... lol
those perspective studies are looking great, especially the one you tried out yourself! It's got a cool design.
Great pencil work on the Bridgman studies. Keep it up!
Cool Sketches, the ice cream looks yum ^_^
Jamie Romoser Thanks, yeah I post a lot XD

Attachment 1611001Attachment 1611002
And a sketch...
Hey Sushy, just saw your WIP on IOW and i noticed you remarked on the originality of the design. i would suggest maybe working out the design in a side and plan view so you can plot the perspective without worrying about the design the design. Best of luck!
@Chris Sanders: meh I should have done that indeed XD I finished it now lol
And here we are again...

aand the digging machine for IDW
Hey, your color improved!! I feel like bridgman anatomy is your comfort zone now,so you could draw some nudes or body parts from photos to spice things up.
@Liberty: Thanks, great to hear. :) heck yeah I should draw some nudes
Okay, I had a little too much wine so I am a bit dizzy... And I have to go to school tomorrow @_@
Anyway, here are some updates...
I bought blonde hair paint... To make a blonde streak that I maybe turn into blue. 0___0
I did not do it yet... Oh boy
Here is some of my homework for tomorrow, drawings of objects.
Still have to make a few! XD
more client work
Self-portraits (from the self-portrait thread)
And that was it!
u know its the boss perspective portrait, right XD
Boss or ... snob :) I'll go with boss.
Really like your last update. How about them livestreams? :)
Creusa я босс, все знают что ))
Kerah абсолютно, босс. Oh yeah I really will be streaming again. Must get some client work done first. xD
Oh gosh, it feels like I have not been updating for years. I really should be more careful with my time.
I have been busy freelancing, worrying about stuff, learning Russian and drawing a bit. o.o
Oh and my hamster has a disturbed sleeping schedule.
Even more disturbed than mine.
Anyway, I started a new little sketchbook:
